Whyte Wears
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Whyte Wears website and the purchase of any products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.
About us
Whyte Wears is a South African fashion brand offering handmade clothing. You can reach us at WhyteWears121@gmail.com.
Products
Each piece is handmade to order. Because our garments are individually cut and sewn, slight variations in colour, finish and measurement are normal and are not considered defects. Product images are as accurate as possible, but colours may differ slightly depending on your screen.
Prices & payment
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and are payable in full at checkout. Payments are processed securely by PayFast. We do not receive or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Orders
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, if a product is unavailable or if payment cannot be verified. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.
Shipping & delivery
Delivery timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. As pieces are made to order, please allow time for production before dispatch.
Returns & refunds
Your rights to return items and receive refunds are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the Whyte Wears name, logo, designs, photography and text — belongs to Whyte Wears and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Whyte Wears is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the CPA.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
