Shipping Policy

Every Whyte Wears piece is handmade to order, so there are two stages to your delivery: production, then shipping.

Production time

Please allow 7–14 business days for your item to be cut and sewn before it is dispatched. If you need an order by a specific date, email us first at WhyteWears121@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Delivery within South Africa

Once dispatched, orders are delivered by courier and typically arrive within 2–5 business days. Delivery to outlying areas may take a little longer.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be shown at checkout.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation and tracking details where available.

International orders

For deliveries outside South Africa, please contact us at WhyteWears121@gmail.com before ordering so we can arrange a shipping quote. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by incorrect delivery details. Please double-check your address at checkout.
